终止

User Agreement

Thank you for choosing our application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement").
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age. If under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use, subject to this Agreement.

Privacy and Data Collection

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access without notice if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights cease immediately.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or data arising from use.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.
Changes to This Agreement
We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
